As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office by: Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff members. Assist with drafting and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls. Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems. Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing Support and training will be provided, and regular checks will ensure that processes are being followed effectively.
