Team leader

A rare opportunity has become available for a full-time Team Leader to join the outstanding VWG Contact Centre, part of the Sytner Group, based in Nottingham. What will the job involve? bull; Team training and coaching. bull; Department recruitment and onboarding bull; Day-to-day supervision and support for the team including managing the rota bull; Support and oversee employee relation activities bull; Analysis of Dealership and Divisional Reports The successful candidate for this position will have previous experience within a similar role, good business understanding and commitment to support the operational commercial performance of the business. As well as being passionate and commanding about performance, the role of the team leader requires a candidate who is well organised and self-disciplined with the ability to prioritise under work pressure, and who has experience using MS Office and bespoke software.
