Multi skilled engineer

Multi Skilled Engineer required for our client. A leading M E provider who carry out PPM contracts across shopping centres, commercial offices and Retail sites. The ideal candidate will be 18th edition qualified and a multi skilled engineer. My client are currently seeking a maintenance / site specific multi skilled electrical bias engineer at a site in Sunderland. The role will be predominantly servicing planned and reactive maintenance (Commercial) installation works. You will need to be able to work collaboratively with the onsite team, and external contractors. Remuneration: * GBP36,000 - GBP40,000 DOE * Van and fuel card provided * Holidays 29 inclusive of bank holidays * Bonus Scheme * Company Van * Company pension * On-site parking * Overtime available * Basic Hours ndash; Two shift staggered working pattern of 40 hours. Requirements: * Must be 18th edition qualified. * IOSH, desirable. * Asbestos Awareness, desirable. * Gas Safe, desirable not essential. * IPAF PASM, desirable not essential. * Basic handyman skills, desirable not essential. * Experience of providing maintenance works within shopping centre rsquo;s would be desirable
