Account manager

Main Responsibilities middot; Oversee, manage, and develop a defined portfolio of existing customer accounts through outbound sales activity middot; Manage the growth and development of company key accounts in line with business growth goals middot; Provide point-of-contact resource to support both existing and newly acquired customer enquiries middot; Identify new business opportunities within local territories and work with the local and regional team to secure new business wins in line with company sales goals middot; Undertake and generate company sales performance reports as required to local management group middot; Provide resource across inbound call management and customer enquiries and requests middot; Obtain and manage hire enquiries and orders middot; Research, develop and deliver customer account proposals and agreements middot; Support and achieve delivery of sales growth targets for all FTH products and services middot; Manage orders at the trade counter when required middot; Manage hire contracts in line with company standard What you will need to bring to the role middot; Effective organisational and communication skills middot; Committed to providing an industry leading service delivery approach to business development middot; Capable of developing strong client relationships middot; Confidence to work on own initiative middot; Good planning and preparation skills middot; Flexible in approach to the role to meet business requirements middot; Presentation skills, both verbally and written middot; Self-Confident middot; Negotiating skills essential middot; Time management essential middot; Competent levels of IT understanding middot; Proven experience in selling products services to end user middot; Entrepreneurial spirit middot; Ability to work effectively under pressure middot; Commitment to self-development middot; High level of integrity and trust
