We #39;re seeking a seasoned Senior M E Quantity Surveyor to join our clients esteemed team and play a pivotal role in our projects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, with a minimum of ten years in quantity surveying, particularly on projects ranging from GBP5m to GBP50m. Your background should include substantial experience as a principal contractor, coupled with a proven track record in budgeting, reporting, and developing BOQ rsquo;s and profit plans. In this role, you #39;ll be responsible for navigating complex contract obligations, engaging in high-stakes commercial meetings, and demonstrating adept negotiation skills with clients and subcontractors. Our clients company is a prominent player in the data centre sector, with a strong presence in London and expanding operations throughout the UK. The prerequisites for this position include a degree in Quantity Surveying, proficiency in Excel, and a comprehensive understanding of commercial management within the construction industry. Excellent communication skills, meticulous record-keeping abilities, and a focus on EHS and quality management systems are also essential. In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from GBP80,000 to GBP100,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
