Make a Difference: SEN Learning Mentor Do you have a passion for supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a full UK driving licence? Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping young people with SEN gain the skills and confidence in and out of the classroom. About the Role: Provide tailored support to learners with SEN, both in the classroom and during practical lessons. Develop positive and trusting relationships with learners, fostering a supportive learning environment. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents/carers and other professionals to create personalised learning plans. Contribute to the assessment of learners #39; progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Maintain accurate and detailed records of learner progress. Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to individual needs and learning styles. You will be: Patient, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting young people with SEN. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Able to build rapport and trust with learners quickly. Flexible and adaptable, able to think on your feet and problem-solve.
