We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a BIM Manager within the Route Wide function. This role will be based on site in Kingsbury. This will involve handling and coordinating the Building Information Models and data and taking responsibility for the management of information within the Common Data Environment and checking for compliance with Project BIM standards. Experienced required : BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng, HND/HDC or qualified by experience with an understanding and proven delivery of infrastructure or Building managing multiple processes / schemes. NVQ ndash; Level 5 or 2-5 years of project / Educational experience. An understanding of the latest industry guidelines for Digital project delivery such as BS and PAS. 5-7 years industry previous experience in a similar role. Experience in design review process, model management, lead BIM clash detection meeting and manage results to resolution. Good communication skills with an ability to form effective relationships with partners under time pressure. Capability for working in knowledge-based and collaborative environments (trust and openness, listening, supportive of ideas, conflict resolution). Can demonstrate strong technical ability with the use of Digital software applications.
