Operations administrator

In this key role you will: * Mainly deal with incoming requests from our neighbourhood coaches and customers on fly-tipping and pest control issues ndash; supporting our teams to deliver excellent services to our customers! * Raise work orders and liaise with contractors * Manage customer communications and queries * Record and update trackers and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel * Assist the planning team with administrative tasks such as customer experience cases, emails etc * Work to deadlines by prioritising you work * Help identify process improvements and support the implementation of new initiatives. If you are skilled at organisation, adept at using Excel spreadsheets and enjoy supporting customers and colleagues alike, with a friendly, flexible attitude - this is the role for you!
