Electrical Associate - Up to GBP85K + Progression, Purpose, and Interesting Projects Are you an Electrical Associate who enjoys leading interestng projects, mentoring engineers and fostering relationships with clients? Working alongside their MEP Partner, you #39;ll be engaged in the full project lifecycle on a variety of compelling projects. Recent project examples include a luxury low-energy resort in the Caribbean, full decarbonisation of a Grade 1 Listed Museum, a zero-carbon master plan, and a mixed-use development integrating hydrogen and battery storage technologies within a London hotel. As an Electrical Associate, you #39;ll thrive in a connected and collaborative team comprising MEP Design Engineers, Building Physics Engineers, Revit Technicians, and Sustainability Engineers. You #39;ll mentor and manage a team of five Electrical Engineers while working closely with the founding Partners to drive innovation and best practices across the built environment. BIM is ingrained in their DNA, which is reflected by their ability to consistently produce construction-level 3D models for design coordination and systems verification. Essential Requirements: 8+ years #39; experience in a design role within the built environment. Degree qualified and preferably Chartered (CEng, MIET). Up-to-date knowledge of British Standards, IET, and CIBSE guidelines, as well as CDM regulations.
