Receptionist

Job Role - Full time Receptionist Our Somerset based client are seeking an experienced individual to join their luxury boutique hotel as a receptionist on a full time Permanent basis, offering an hourly rate of GBP11.44. This will be on a shift pattern 5 days out of 7, a mixture of early and late shifts, between 35-40 hours per week. What will you be doing? You will be working on reception carrying out various duties while being the first point of contact for guests staying in the hotel. You will be taking phone calls and dealing with email enquiries, maintaining a tidy work space, and carrying out administrative/ data tasks e.g booking in visitors. What skills will you have? You will have experience as a receptionist, ideally in a hotel. You will be friendly, welcoming, approachable, confident, and happy to help. You will have a keen eye for detail and be happy to work flexibly on a shift pattern. What is on offer?
