You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct tests on electrical systems and components according to established procedures. * Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues. * Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. * Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure product quality. * Maintain accurate records of test results and findings. * Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve product performance. * Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times.
