Senior quantity surveyor

We are working with a Tier 1 contractor, with an annual turnover of over GBP8bn, who are in need of a Senior Quantity surveyor to be part of one of the biggest infrastructure projects in the UK. they are looking for an experienced and highly qualified individual, who comes from a civil engineering background to join and expand their team due to continued success within the industry. Responsibilities you will be expected to carry out as Senior Quantity Surveyor: producing correct forecasts of project costs all the way up until completion Identityfing contract variations Maintain and develop commercial processes and procedures and maximise returns in terms of profit. Monitoring resources and costs to ensure that the projects meet agreed targets.Experience Bsc in Quantity Surveying strong knowledge of NEC3 contracts Major Civil/infrastructure projects experience 8+ years experience in Quantity Surveying Experience in the rail sectorIf this role has caught your eye, apply today now!
