Hvac mechanical engineer

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / HVAC Engineer to work on a prestigious central Manchester facility. The work will cover PPM and reactive works plus minor works on AHU #39;s, FCU #39;s, pipework, venting, pumps, valves, AC (if F-Gas) and associated plant room. The position is Permanent working circa 40 hrs / week. Monday to Friday days. Salary is up to 39k basic plus overtime. On-call TBC Job Description: Your role will be to cover general HVAC maintenance. The main aspects of the role will be to: * Deliver a responsive breakdown and planned preventative maintenance service * General building services engineering across mechanical plant * Work to all policies / procedures and safe systems of work for estates related works in accordance with statutory requirements * Provide maintenance to: HVAC, Plumbing, pipework, venting, pumps, valves, feeds, motors and associated mechanical plant room equipment * Minor project works / small works and refurbishment * General compliance checks, tap temps and TMV #39;s etc. Person Specification An suitable mechanical Apprenticeship and a City and Guilds or equivalent is required for this role.
