The role: Qualified year 3 teacher As a Qualified year 3 teacher you will need to be expected to ensure pupils are kept safe and engaged within the learning environment, create fun and exciting lessons for pupils to learn, maintain and support with challenging behaviour, mark homework and class work to ensure pupils are on target and providing reasonable next steps which pupils can achieve. Work alongside other professionals and parents to ensure pupils needs are being met. For this role you must have QTS/PGCE, strong behaviour management skills, Enhanced DBS on the update service and at least 3 years of more teaching a year 3 class.
