Warehouse Operative Bedford Temp to Perm 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Shifts Available YOU WILL BE WORKING 5 DAYS ON A ROTA BETWEEN MONDAY AND SATURDAY. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS. GBP11.44 per hour 1st Choice Recruitment are currently seeking hardworking and detail-oriented individuals with previous warehouse experience to join our Bedford based client rsquo;s team as Warehouse Operatives. This role offers brilliant opportunities for career advancement as it is a temporary to permanent vacancy. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently pick and pack orders according to established procedures. Utilize warehouse management systems to accurately record and track inventory movements. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Safely operate manual handling requirements, maintaining high standards throughout. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques. Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse environment. Willingness to work and take instructions. Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting as required. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
