The successful English Teacher will join a warm and welcoming staffing team who are committed to inclusion, ensuring all pupils receive the opportunity to excel and develop. The English department at this school have a pool of staff who are highly experienced, and the department collaboratively share tailored resources and activities. You will be committed to department meetings where you will discuss pupils progression and achievements, and you will work as a team to develop new ideas on how to support pupils academic enhancement.
