What You #39;ll Do: Maintenance Engineer Support continuous improvement and maintenance across our site. Implement lean asset management and handle planned maintenance efficiently. Address and resolve equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and process adjustments. Engage in self-development to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and legislation. Drive cost reductions, minimise waste, and optimise asset performance. We Need Someone Who: Holds a recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Understands lean maintenance practices and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Has a solid grasp of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
