Tradewind Recruitment is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding school in the East Riding/East Hull area. Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support, fostering an environment conducive to individualized learning. Develop and execute tailored learning plans in conjunction with the classroom teacher and school team. Monitor pupil progress, regularly reporting findings to both the teacher and parents/guardians. Cultivate a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere for pupils.Requirements: Previous experience working with EYFS/Nursery-aged pupils, preferably within a Primary School setting. Strong understanding of the national curriculum and the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish robust connections with pupils, parents/guardians, and colleagues. Patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach in supporting young learners with SEND. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.This is a full-time role with an immediate start date.
