Regularly assess and track students #39; progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to create a cohesive and supportive school community.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 1, with a particular focus on Year 1. Strong classroom management skills, creating a positive and enriching learning atmosphere. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
