The successful Town Planner will be working as part of an established team, delivering expert planning advice to their clients including retailers, developers and local authorities and working on exciting and challenging projects. Qualifications: In this instance applications are sought from candidates with previous planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment, and will be working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the RTPI. Responsibilities: Within the role the successful Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
