Supporting a team of healthcare professionals you will be responsible for the full coordination of their diary #39;s and management of the service contract You will schedule, book and confirm appointments (Blood tests and and vaccinations) 16 appointments per day Be first point of contact for emails and general enquiries Report formatting and sending to patients - excellent attention to detail required - Strong Grammar and accuracy is key Utilising 3 different systems you will be working in a paperless environment Liaison with Nurses, Doctors and Healthcare professionals Skills - Excellent attention to detail - Fast learner - Organisation and multi-tasking - Great customer service skills gained from within an office based environment - Good knowledge of computer systems - Ability to work autonomously and to take ownership of the role - Excellent written and verbal communication Interviews available immediately - Apply today!
