FABRIC ENGINEER ndash; HANDY PERSON ndash; MULTI TRADE Temporary to Permanent, Monday Start InVictus are working exclusively with a leading FM provider who are dominating the industry. They are looking to make an addition to their team for a fabric engineer after an internal promotion creating availability for a great opportunity. The role based in South west of England is working a mobile role with a van + fuel card, This temp to perm opportunity is paying an annual salary of up to GBP32,000 and has an hourly pay rate equivalent. Monday to Friday 8am ndash; 5pm Overtime opportunities available You will carry out general fabric PPM #39;s and reactive works such as; bull; Plumbing bull; Carpentry (Door work, locks, installing sinks pipework) bull; Painting Decorating bull; Tiling (Floors, walls and carpets) bull; You will be expected to keep records of all work bull; You will need to understand health safety regulations Qualifications: bull; Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role in facilities maintenance. bull; Relevant qualification would be an advantage bull; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. bull; Ability to work independently and as part of a team. bull; Basic computer skills for record-keeping
