Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias) Location Peterborough. Pay: GBP42,000 - GBP44,000 + night shift premium 6k Shifts: Sunday Night to Thursday Nights: 6pm - 2 am NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY * 23 days holiday (increases with service) + statutory holidays, including a fixed Christmas break * Pension * Free parking * Online Holiday booking About the Job: We are seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer preferably with an Electrical bias to join our well-established team in Peterborough, moving to a new site in Market Deeping Lincolnshire in 2025. Mechanically you will be able to work on drive train systems, rollers, gearboxes, shafts, pneumatics, and some hydraulics. There is a requirement to be able to strip machine assemblies to component level and rebuild. You will also need to have demonstrated experience in maintenance engineering and show the ability to work off your own initiative. Education to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is preferred, but not essential as we would consider ldquo;time served rdquo; as experience. You will be multi-skilled with an electrical bias and have strong communication skills and excellent organisational skills.
