Job Description: An Estimator with residential/housing experience is sought by this award winning Developer. Joining an experienced team, which has genuinely exciting plans in place to grow and expand, you will deliver your Estimating skills on a range of sites in the region. Person Specification: This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Estimator looking for their next step up to join this friendly Commercial and Operations team part of this bespoke SME Housing developer. You might be currently working for one of the larger regionals or UK PLC #39;s but want to develop your experience and skillsets in an environment not so reliant on largescale sites and units but more of delivering a quality product working as part of a growing team all pulling in the same direction. Experience within the residential/housing sector is clearly advantageous but applications will be considered from Candidates with related experience. There is an excellent culture being developed within the team so enthusiasm, great communications skills are required along with, of course, ability.
