Housing repairs project potential outside of ir35

A client of mine in Oxfordshire is looking to appoint a Head of Housing Repairs for a 12-month contract. It is imperative for the right candidate to have past experience of bringing an Repairs Service back In-house. Skills/Experience/Requirements Track record of running a Housing Repairs service - especially bringing a service back in-house. Lead and develop a team to deliver a high standard of repairs and void works in tenant #39;s homes, ensuring service delivery is customer focused, consistently of the highest quality and cost effective. Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, clients, contractors and residents. Contract Length: End of Financial Year. Rate: Negotiable DOE.
