Service desk analyst

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide the first contact point in the IT department for all IT-based queries and issues. You will resolve issues at the first point of contact or allocate as appropriate. You #39;ll also support desktop technologies and maintain incident records using the Help Desk system.
