BMS Sales Engineer London GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 My client carries out the entire process of designing, supplying, and installing BMS Control Systems. Our expertise includes seamless Integration, Energy Management Services, and meticulous Planned Preventative Maintenance. * Proficiently provide quotes for BMS Upgrades based on existing portfolios * Skilfully generate quotes from technical inquiries for existing buildings within Managed Services (if necessary) * Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing upgrades, optimisations, and all quoted works * Offer valuable assistance to the Sales team by addressing any technical questions * Develop trackers for clients, including risk registers * Effectively manage Clients #39; portfolios, overseeing risks and meetings * Prioritise Client retention as a vital aspect of the role * Proactively identify energy opportunities, future operations, and innovations * Review energy-related enhancements with clients
