Production team leader

Job Title: Production Team Leader Location: Leicestershire Salary: GBP28,000 Sector: Offsite Construction - Do you have managerial experience and are looking to utilise this in your next role? - Are you looking to grow and motivate a team? We are currently working with a market leading manufacturer of prefabricated construction products. They are looking a Production Team Leader to join their team in the Leicestershire area. This role is suited to someone who has experience in supervising a team within a manufacturing/production environment with experience working to strict deadlines targets for output. Responsibilities as a Team Leader: - Ensure staff are adhering to health and safety regulations. - Help the leadership team implement KPI #39;s and ensure they are being met - Ensure all stock, safety and production reports are up to date - Liaise with supervisors to ensure any system or facility issues affecting production are rectified in a timely manner.
