They service their customers via a global logistics platform and offer many additional value-added services. Purpose of the Contracts Administrator: To support the Contracts Manager in administering contracts and long-term agreements, provide a high level of service and ensure the company contractual obligations are consistently met. Main duties and responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator: bull; Respond to client queries in timely manner bull; Order processing bull; Timely releasing of orders to warehouse to ensure on time delivery bull; Process upload customer forecasts monthly bull; Manage customer inventory profile, ensuring the correct amount of stock is reserved bull; Obtain quotes from suppliers for materials where necessary bull; Raise purchase requisitions in relation to forecasts and orders bull; Manage customer outstanding order books bull; Monitor incoming stocks and proactively inform clients of any potential delays bull; Monitor credit line. Where necessary communicate with accounts and client to proactively resolve any issues bull; Develop sound product knowledge to ensure opportunities are maximized bull; Record customer interaction on CRM bull; Cover customer accounts during colleague rsquo;s leave and travel bull; Unearth additional prospects and value-added opportunities with clients Experience/knowledge requirements for the Contracts Administrator: bull; Customer facing experience bull; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines bull; Very good understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel bull; Able to communicate with individuals at all levels bull; Attention to detail bull; Time management Please contact Molly @ The Recruitment Group on the contact details provided
