Role Summary: We are seeking a driven Fibre Broadband Adviser to join our Desk-Based Sales team, focusing on telesales efforts in Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for sales professionals experienced in direct outbound sales within desk-based or contact centre environments. Key Responsibilities: * Achieve and exceed sales KPIs through proactive outbound **telesales** efforts. * Foster and maintain customer relationships via inbound and outbound telesales calls, alongside email communications, to maximise sales opportunities. * Maintain composure and patience in handling challenging customer scenarios during telesales interactions. * Utilise MS Office and CRM systems to streamline telesales processes and customer management.
