Come and join our highly experienced, outstanding Functional Skills team as an English Tutor. Our ideal candidate will: Having a secure knowledge of teaching English. The ability to relate to learners of different ages and different stages is essential. Level 3 Award in Education Training (or willing to work towards). A specialist or further qualification in English (minimum Level 3 English qualification). Open, honest, and supportive behaviours. Patient and empathetic. Responsive and flexible. Experience of curriculum design and development. Strong ICT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams. We are looking for a passionate and creative individual, who is able to work with small groups and individuals, delivering Functional Skills English. Ability to teach Mathematics would be desirable but not essential.
