Job title: Planning Manager Location: South Benfleet Hours: 10am - 4pm, including hybrid working Salary: GBP48,474 - GBP55,309 per annum DOE Are you a dynamic and motivated Planning professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented Planning Manager to join our client and play a pivotal role in their planning team. Key Responsibilities: middot;Lead and mentor a small team of town planners, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. middot;Oversee the planning process from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. middot;Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and drive projects forward. middot;Utilise your expertise to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management. middot;Adapt to changes in organizational structure and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. Requirements: middot;Proven experience in town Planning, with a track record of successful project management. middot;Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. middot;Knowledge of planning regulations and procedures in the UK. middot;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. middot;Chartered status is preferred but not required; principal planners looking to step up are encouraged to apply. middot;RTPI accredited degree or similar.
