Night shift supervisor

Our client based in CV37 is looking for a night shift warehouse supervisor. -12 Weeks Temp to Perm. -GBP16.80 per hour. -CV37 Stratford Upon Avon -Shift pattern, Nights - 5 on, 4 off, 4 on, 4 off repeated -7pm - 7am (7am - 7pm for training)12-hour nights including weekends bank holidays that fall with your shift pattern -GBP200 per month attendance bonus (but lost if a sick day is taken within that month). After probation. -3% performance bonus paid twice a year, Summer Christmas. After probation. Main duties: -Overseeing the general operations of a warehouse and its staff. -Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees. -Handle the recording and maintaining of inventory, advising the imports received and items exported. -Train new workers and ensure their performance is adequate. What we #39;re looking for: -Previous supervisor experience within a warehouse -Previous night shift experience - A level of mechanical experience -Great communication and leadership skills
