Part time account manager

Recruitment Pro are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Doncaster. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and drive sales growth. Duties: - Analyse client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their goals - Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services - Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities - Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues Requirements: - Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role - Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and develop effective solutions - Proficiency in CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients - Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage client relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 8:30am until 4:30pm 2/3 days per week Must be able to drive - visits to clients nationwide is required Recruitment Pro Ltd is operating as an Employment Business.
