Auditor

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an Auditor for an established accountants practice in Altrincham. Full time, permanent position. Company ethos is delivering quality services, whilst building long-lasting relationships with their clients. They provide a range of accountancy, audit, bookkeeping, payroll and taxation services. The role is in person, largely office based with some work on clients rsquo; premises required. Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour lunch break Salary: GBP38,000-GBP40,000 (D.O.E) Inclusive of Study Package Benefits: Company pension scheme. 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays. Free onside parking. Study package including 10 days study leave. The role: * Performing external audits from planning through to completion for small and medium sized companies as well as incorporated and unincorporated charities. * Ensuring compliance with auditing and professional standards, keeping up to date with evolving laws and regulations. middot; Preparation of financial statements, including consolidated financial statements for limited companies, incorporated and unincorporated charities, LLPs, partnerships and sole traders. middot; Acting as a point of contact for clients, to advise and assist them with their queries or concerns, provide guidance and support. middot; The role may also involve training/mentoring other members of staff. middot; Working closely with the partner to ensure that the company #39;s operations comply with all relevant professional and compliance standards and regulations. Requirements: middot; Experience in performing external audits. Limited companies and charities preferred middot; A high level of attention to detail. middot; Strong communication abilities and ability to work closely with clients and other stakeholders. middot; Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
