We are working with a leading scientific manufacturing company based in South Cambridge who are looking for a Researcher to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position and occasional travel could be required. Key responsibilities will include: * Data analysis. * Laboratory work including but not limited to, handling of gases, electronics, test equipment. * Produce scientific test reports and experimental methods. * Perform batch testing against given timeframes. * Oversee research experiments. * Review the performance of sensors. * Adhere to a high level of compliance and health safety. The Successful candidate will have: * Materials Science, Chemistry or Physics Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience. * Experience with sensors and gas sensors. * Have excellent communicational and organisational skills. * Experience within a laboratory and using laboratory tools. * Experience with Python and Arduino controllers.
