Project Manager Salary Range: GBP35,000 - GBP50,000 London Project Manager for a Leading Custom-Made Kitchen Joinery Company in London. Are you passionate about design and craftsmanship? Our client, a renowned company specialising in designing and manufacturing unique, custom-made kitchens, furniture, and millwork products, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to join their team in London. Role Summary: As a Project Manager, you will be the linchpin in our project delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly from conception to completion. Your primary goal will be to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest client satisfaction. You #39;ll lead a talented team comprising a Design Coordinator, Technical Designers, and others, managing every aspect of the project including scope, schedule, finances, risk, quality, and resources. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Take complete ownership of your projects, overseeing technical designs, schedules, budgets, risk management, quality, and Health and Safety. - Manage scope changes effectively, communicating with clients, contractors, and the project team. - Ensure all project documentation is accurate and timely. - Oversee supplier quality checks and site visits, including international travel. - Collaborate with external contractors and internal teams for seamless project delivery. - Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to resolve customer issues promptly. - Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, construction specialists, and clients. - Manage Health and Safety responsibilities and documentation. - Provide direct input in project cost reporting and forecasting. - Tackle additional tasks including estimating and administrative duties. Desired Skills and Expertise: - Experience in millwork manufacture/construction industry. - Ability to read and take information from blueprints - Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects. - Exceptional organisational skills, with a track record of executing projects on time and on budget. - Problem-solving acumen. - Autonomous work style, requiring minimal supervision. - Ability to function effectively in a small team. - Excellent time keeping and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. - A comprehensive understanding of industry practices and their impact on projects. - Keen attention to detail.
