You will be working closely with the Service Manager, ensuring the smooth running of operations and the welfare of service users. Responsibilities: Supporting the Service Manager in the overall management of the service Directly managing staff and coordinating their daily activities Ensuring high-quality care is provided at all times Promoting a positive, inclusive environment for service users Assisting with service development and improvement initiatives Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within a disability service - ideally 3 years plus. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team is highly important.
