Position: Textiles Teacher Location: Dudley, West Midlands Contract: Full-time The Role: As a Textiles Teacher, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of fashion designers and textile artists. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering dynamic and engaging textile lessons that ignite students #39; passion for design. Teaching various textile techniques, including sewing, embroidery, dyeing, and fabric manipulation. Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them develop their design skills and express their creativity. Organizing practical workshops, fashion shows, and exhibitions to showcase students #39; work and celebrate their achievements. Collaborating with colleagues to develop an innovative and inspiring textiles curriculum that meets the needs of students. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Extensive knowledge and expertise in textiles, including experience with a variety of textile techniques and materials. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
