Sales executive

Sales Executive OA are currently working with a well-established Payroll provider during a time of continued success and growth. We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join the team based in Kings Langley. GBP28,000 - GBP33,000 + bonus (OTE GBP45k in year one, uncapped) Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm Permanent 23 Days holiday + bank holidays Car allowance, parking ndash; paid by employer, access to 24/7 counselling, subsidised gym, private health dental, pension scheme and more Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities: Drive sales, achieving targets through proactive customer contact, and lead generation Identify potential markets actively and meet prospects face-to-face Record all activities accurately in Salesforce and maintain company documents Adhere strictly to company policies and attend required training and meetings Perform other job-related tasks as needed Sales Executive - Skills and Experience: Previous experience within Recruitment or Construction is advantageous Excellent sales skills, via phone and in-person Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong time management skills Effective communication and commitment to high-quality customer service Knowledge of P.A.Y.E. and contractor payroll sector experience preferred Proficient in mathematics and English with accurate data management skills Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM Systems (such as Salesforce) If you are interested in this position, please apply online with your CV.
