Our client, a renowned business school located in a beautiful scenic building, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Reception and Events Support Administrator. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, from executives to students, and be at the forefront of providing exceptional front-of-house service. #x1F4CD; Location: London Bridge #x231A; Working Pattern: Full Time, 36.5 hours, 5 out of 7 days (including mornings, evenings and 2 Saturdays per month) #x1F4BC; Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent #x1F449; Hourly Rate: GBP14.43ph (perm salary will be GBP27,000) #x1F4BC; In this role, your responsibilities will include: Creating a professional and welcoming reception experience for visitors. Handling incoming enquiries via phone, email, and other media, directing them to the appropriate staff or department. Recording and managing room bookings, while providing advice on suitable accommodations for meetings and events. Maintaining building access for visitors and vendors in compliance with regulations. Supporting users with a variety of needs, such as wifi login, building entry and exit, and referral to other services. #x1F389; Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with: Setting up and arranging meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-prepared. Taking a proactive role in troubleshooting issues during events and meetings. Coordinating hospitality arrangements for visitors, including catering. Providing basic IT support and AV assistance during events and teaching sessions.
