DRIVING TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Due to continued growth Pure Staff Birmingham are looking to hire a recruitment consultant for our busy driving division based in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. Key Duties: middot; - 360 Trainee Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary workers middot; - Building relationships with clients middot; - Ensuring clients are serviced and maintained middot; - Sourcing candidates by placing adverts and registering - Use our personalised Pure Staff app! middot; - Placing workers to vacancies middot; - Winning business through sales calls and meetings middot; - Rotating on call duties required Person Specification: middot; - Eager to succeed in a new career path middot; - Customer and candidate friendly middot; - Good communication skills middot; - Work effectively in a team middot; - Great work ethic The job requires you to be able to work as part of a team and be capable to work on your own. There is an on-call rota to deal with out of hours requirements which will be 1 in 5 weekends and rotational weekdays, whilst working a 9-day fortnight rota (every other Friday off work! - currently in a trial period). This is a very rewarding job with the right attitude and effort. Full training and clear targets for progression will be given. Starting Salary is GBP(phone number removed) and commission payable in year one would be estimated at around GBP2,000-GBP3,000 but could be higher. Further to this team commission structure, you will also earn extra commission that is payable once you hit an average of GBP1,000 per week on our company wide money league (paid at 10% of what you have personally contributed for a 6-month qualifying period).
