Finance Business Partner Oxford (Hybrid working) 12-month contract GBP39 p/h (Umbrella) ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the Recruitment of a Finance Business Partner on an initial 12 month basis. The Finance Business Partner will develop and manage budgets in partnership with business management teams. You will also lead on the monthly monitoring with business units ensuring performance and plans are effective. The Role: * Partnering Business units to deliver their operational objectives, providing support in the development of the business budgets. * Ensuring Business unit activities are in accordance with Force financial policies and procedures. * Develop, manage and motivate the team and contribute to the standardisation, enhancement of processes and policies. * Identify areas of concern in the monthly financial performance. * Responsible for the development of Business Units budgets ensuring cost drivers are understood and evaluated. * Responsible for provision of analysis and advice in the development of business cases. Requirements: * Must be a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA) * Strong Business partnering experience. * Ability to influence and challenge business managers and senior stakeholders. * Previous management experience. * Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
