Working as a teaching assistant is challenging and highly rewarding role. You will be put to the test on a daily basis, assessing each child #39;s needs and ensuring they receive the best support relevant to their learning needs. You will be required to assist the class teacher in preparing and setting up class activities. Working with small groups of pupils aiding their learning as well as supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis.
