We have an incredible opportunity to join Residential Childrens Service with homes across the West Midlands, who cater to children aged 3 ndash; 18 years with a range of physical and health needs, and learning disabilities as an Operations Manager. Role: The main purpose of the role will be to provide strong leadership to the management team, and support all homes in ensuring the highest quality of care and service is delivered, maintaining Ofsted rating of Good or Above. As Operations Manager, you will be joining an exceptionally talented management team, reporting directly to the Service Director, providing line management support to 7 Home Managers. This is a full time, permanent position based at the Head Office in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire with regular travel across the West Midlands and possible overnight stays. Requirements: Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar Senior Management role, however, exceptional Home Managers looking to step up will also be considered.
