As Director of English, you will be accountable for the day-to-day operation of the English department, maintaining the outstanding standards of teaching, training and managing staff, and mentoring English ECT rsquo;s. You will also be working closely with the SLT to ensure that school visions and values are met. This role requires a Head of English or a Director of English who has previous experience running a high performing department.
