Kingston Barnes are working with a privately owned contractor who provide all forms of construction from New Build, Extensions to Refurbishments, they specialise in working in live environments, minimising disruption to clients activities whilst maximising the change to layout, appearance and associated requirements. Their range of services covers complete stand-alone projects to national roll out schemes. They are regularly employed by a number of blue chip clients, covering retail, leisure, domestic, commercial insurance repair sectors under a range of partnership and framework agreements. Operating out of regional offices they provide their clients with good support to cover a large geographical area. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for site based Project Managers to join them on a permanent basis. This will be to run projects from pre construction stage, through to delivery and handover. You will be technically competent and have experience in delivering retail/fit out construction projects ranging in value from GBP2m-GBP10m. Projects are located nationwide so you must be prepared to stay away from home. Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position with a Tier 1/Tier 2 contractor. Experience in both new build, refurbishment and retail would be preferable, along with a hard working, can do attitude. In return, my client is looking to pay a market leading salary plus package.
