Job Summary: * You will be carrying out reactive maintenance work within fabrics engineer role. * Painting, minor decorating, patch work, minor repairs, basic joinery carpentry, light replacements and changes, furniture re-arrangements, any other general building service maintenance. * Engaging with the client and ensuring the work is done up to company standard. * Assist with additional task outside the general fabric core and ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed. * Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements. * Responsible for other building and installation works as required. * Working with two other multi skilled engineers on site.
