While previous experience in a school setting is beneficial, it is not essential. We welcome graduates from all disciplines who are eager to learn and contribute to the school community. As a Graduate, your responsibilities may include: Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students as needed. Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in their learning and personal development. Leading small group activities and interventions to support students #39; progress in specific subjects or areas of need. Contributing to the planning and implementation of extracurricular activities and school events. Collaborating with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for working with young people. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in education and make a positive impact on students #39; lives.
