Account Handler Job Market ndash; General Insurance Account Handler ndash; About the role As an Account Handler within the Schemes and Affinities Team, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships and supporting the administration of specialised insurance portfolios. Ideally suited for individuals with a background in Property, this role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our team while leveraging your expertise in the property insurance landscape. Account Handler ndash; Key duties Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell appropriate products and services to existing clients. Cultivate recommendations and referrals from existing clients. Correctly assess clients rsquo; and prospective clients rsquo; demands and needs and suggest appropriate products wherever possible. Administer the insurance portfolios of allocated clients in a timely, professional and cost-effective manner. Assist with the daily running of the team as required. Comply with regulatory requirements, industry codes of practice and the Companies own procedures and rules. Account Handler ndash; Key requirements Proficient in general and/or property insurance processes within the department Knowledgeable about insurance market practices and principles standards for personal and team performance.
